Andrea Pais, the CEO of Novel Mircodevices – a developer of superfast PCR diagnostics equipment and assays – talks to Scheer Partners about her journey as an inventor, singer and Woman CEO of a Baltimore-based start-up. Novel operates their device engineering center within LaunchPort, and runs their assay development within City Garage, as well.
